2025 Bouquet Bloom Subscription
Our farm staple! *Please read through this entire description before purchase. Our 2025 Bouquet Bloom Subscription is a bi monthly program where we share our field grown blooms with you! Some weeks you'll get our specialty flowers like lisianthus or dahlias and other weeks you'll get our signature mixed bouquet filled with all sorts of farm goodies. This season our subscriptions will ONLY be available for pick up at our farm, in our Flower House, which is located in Union Springs. We have two sets of dates - you choose what works best for you. If you are looking for a full season of blooms (8 weeks) please purchase each option.
If you are gifting a subscription please fill out the form when prompted. I will be sending a card to everyone with the subscription information on it and it makes a great gift. I will not be contacting anyone until July of 2025
Our Bouquet Bloom Subscriptions may be picked up on Wednesday OR Thursday.
Option 1: August 6th , 20th & September 4th*, 17th
Option 2: August 13th, 27th, & September 10th, 24th
*Note September 4th is a pick up on Thursday ONLY due to back to school.
Location of Pick Up: Wildflower Creek Flower Farm Flower House: 1260 Spring Street Road, Union Springs.
Fine Details: While we also love when things go as planned sometimes mother nature decides for us and emergencies do arise. We reserve the right to shift pick up days and times to ensure you are getting the best quality blooms. In an instance where bouquets cannot be available we also reserve the right to substitute for another item as we see fit. While after years of trial and error we feel as thought we have perfected our offerings sometimes life happens and we will do everything in our power to make it right. Please note when picking up your bouquet you should bring it home immediatly. We recommend for longer car trips to bring a mason jar with water for your blooms to sit in on their way home.
